For Landmark, sustainability means balancing what is used with what is returned to the planet. Each phase of the production process is designed to reduce waste and reintroduce resources. Processing scraps is reused instead of being discarded, replacing primary raw materials. This circular approach turns production residues into new resources through responsible practices.

Facts and data

96% overall recovery rate of scraps, water, and waste

Landmark has achieved a recovery rate of raw scraps, fired scraps, and water equal to 96%, reducing to a minimum the waste coming from the production process.

100% process water reuse

The water used in Landmark's production plant is completely recovered and reintroduced into the industrial cycle. Total reuse makes it possible to avoid waste and water discharges and reduces the need for new withdrawals from natural sources, thus preserving a fundamental resource.

Recovery of raw and fired scraps

Processing scraps, both raw and fired, are recovered and reintroduced into the production process as secondary raw materials. This system avoids waste and limits the use of primary raw natural resources, contributing to a responsible management of materials.

Build-in Performances

36% recycled material in die-cuts

The cardboard die-cuts used for packaging contain, on average, 36% recycled material. This makes it possible to reduce the use of primary raw material cellulose and to orient the logistics chain towards a more sustainable use of natural resources.

100% recycled plastic for strapping

The strapping used in product packaging is made exclusevely with recycled plastic. A choice that reduces environmental impact and favors the reuse of already existing materials, transforming them into efficient and sustainable solutions for logistics.

28% Recycled material in the products

Every Landmark product contains an average percentage of recycled material equal to 28%, with values that even reach 36% for Frontier20 products. This third-party-certified data, attests to the actual use of secondary resources in the production cycle and reinforces the company’s commitment to responsible practices.
